The best herbs for female hormonal health

It's incredible how the herbs I need the most suddenly pop up or bloom most vibrantly. Even if it is fall, the leaves are still green and fresh. I go for a round every evening and harvest in a big teapot, pouring over warm water, and drink it in the morning.

My Garden blend:

Leaves of Raspberry

Leaves of Nettles

Leaves of Dandelion

Leaves of Lemon Balm

Leaves of Sage

Leaves of Mint

I experience that many of these herbs are stabilizing my hormonal cycle. Raspberry leaf is an adaptogen and can be used for many unbalances, nettleseren and dandeloin are cleansing. Lemon Balm are lifting your mood and mint is refreshing (since nettles can be a bit drying). Feel in to your personal blend, and remember to not use herbs when pregnant.
